Event
at

of

Fortnight.
The
event
took
place
in
the
foyer
of
Christ

and
attractions

wish
tree,

and

Fairtrade Fortnight 2015 - Fairtrade Wine
Tasting
Our
second
event
of
Fairtrade
Fortnight
was
a
Fairtrade
wine
tasting
very
generously
hosted
by
The
Co-operative
,
whose
expert
oenologist
brought
along
a
sel
ection
of
excellent
and
inexpensive
wines
from
South
Africa
and
Chile.
As
well
as
introducing
the
assembled
company
to
the
basics
of
wine
tasting,
the
session
unearthed
some
fascinating
details
about
the
processes
of
winemaking,
such
as
how
the
South
African
grapes
were
harvested
by
moonlight
because
the
cooler
nocturnal
conditions
give
rise
to
superior wine.

we
were
very
pleased
to
announce
that
